Cancellations and Refunds :
If you must cancel your reservation, you must notify us in writing or by FAX. We calculate your refund on the day we receive written cancellation.

Cancellation charges per person :
30 or more days prior to departure                   Any token booking amount .
15 to 30 days prior to the departure/Arrival            30 % of the tour cost.
07 to 15 days prior to the departure/Arrival            50 % of tour cost.
07 days prior to departure/Arriva date                   100 % of tour cost
We do not make refunds for any unused portion of your trip, such as unused hotel rooms, meals, or trek arrangements, for any reason whatsoever.

Reservations and Purchases: 
When you make a reservation or purchase online with the sheenholidays.in we will share information about you and your purchase with the airline, hotel, or car-rental agency you designate. We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your travel arrangements are confirmed with these travel suppliers. The travel suppliers will use your credit-card information to process your ticket or reservation.

We take no guarantee for the following factors-
Any expense caused by circumstances beyond our control e.g. weather condition, rain, road block, land slide, natural calamities, train/flight delays or/and cancellations, mishaps or/and accidents
Factors of local nature, route change, political condition, medical or sickness evacuation, any kind of claims or insurance, any excess baggage charges
Any type of claim for lost or damage to baggage or personal belonging
The programmes or the arrangements all mentioned to you is subject to availability and flexible. In case of non-availability of the same, an alternative arrangement of more or less similar setup or even an up gradation on additional cost can be made possible per request. Similarly the length of stay / visit of the above programs can be extended / diverted to suit your comfort and luxury with an additional charge.
